Within the framework of the product development process, Aran’s machine shop specializes in the machining (turning and milling) of parts. We manufacture parts and molds (metal and aluminum) for the injection molding of plastics in small batches. The machine shop is equipped with four CNC milling machines (four and five axes) and two CNC lathes (one with a milling head). Aran’s quality control (QC) department supports the production facility, including through an advanced coordinate measurement machine (CMM). Manufacturing processes are compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards. Department capabilities: precision machining of complex components, production of subassemblies, stringent ISO 9001 compliant QC, milling and turning of a wide variety of materials.
